Job Title: Operations & E-Commerce Assistant

We are a growing kids’ clothing brand looking for a proactive and versatile Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process online orders

Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support

Assist with website/social media messages and basic online issue resolution

Support day-to-day business operations and team coordination

Ideal Candidate:

.Organized, reliable, and quick to learn

.Good communication skills

.Basic computer and social media knowledge

.Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a startup environment

. Ability to communicate in 3 languages is a plus
