Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch/operations activities including parcel handling and dispatch
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route planning to ensure timely service
- Monitor staff performance (drivers, riders, and warehouse staff)
- Ensure accuracy in parcel handling, scanning, and documentation
- Handle operational issues, delays, and customer escalations
- Maintain operational reports and update Head Office regularly
Qualifications & Skills
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent
- Previous experience in courier/logistics/operations (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
