We are looking for a motivated and professional female Operations Assistant to join our consultancy firm in Kandy. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, presentable, and skilled in handling clients and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Support general office operations
Qualifications & Skills:
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification (minimum)
• Excellent public relations (PR) and customer relationship skills
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic data entry)
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude
