We are looking for a passionate, customer-friendly, and sales-driven Online Support Executive to manage online inquiries and assist customers across our digital platforms. If you enjoy online communication and sales, this role is perfect for you!
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
-Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & Website
-Guide customers on product selection, promotions & sizing
-Convert inquiries into sales with excellent customer engagement
-Manage order processing, confirmations & follow-ups
-Coordinate with Stores & Dispatch team for timely deliveries
-Maintain accurate records of daily sales & inquiries
-Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄
-Prior online sales or customer support experience is an advantage
-Strong communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil/English preferred)
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Good typing skills & social media knowledge
-Friendly, patient & sales-focused personality
