Age: Below 30 years

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in online sales / digital marketing

• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and social media platforms

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and online orders

• Creative thinking and sales-driven attitude

• Experience in TikTok marketing/content creation will be an added advantage

• Good communication skills in Sinhala / English

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily online sales channels

• Handle Facebook / Instagram orders and customer messages

• Create promotions and boost online engagement

• Coordinate deliveries and customer follow-up

• Help grow Arroma’s online brand presence
