Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year in an Administration & Social media marketing role.
RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
Excellent people management and team-building skills.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Proven ability to work with foreign clients.
Fluent in English ( Reading / Writing / Speaking )

โช Maintain KPIs and service levels throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding to steady-state operations.
โช Support and guide team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
