Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days/week)
Salary: LKR 40,000 basic + Transport & other allowances; logistics covered for outstation visits
Probation: 3 months (permanent after successful completion)
Minimum Commitment: 1 year
Age: 20–30
Minimum Education: GCE Advanced Level
Key Responsibilities
*Assist accountant and manager with hotel operations: purchases, invoice processing, account assistance, recordkeeping and file handling
*Assist with hotel visits, audits and related operational tasks
*Maintain organized office files and documentation
*Basic IT tasks (email, Excel, data entry, simple reports)
*Occasional outstation duties as required
Requirements
A/L qualified (minimum)
Basic IT literacy (MS Office, email)
Good file-handling and office administration skills
Reliable, punctual, able to commit minimum 1 year
Added qualifications (accounting/bookkeeping or hospitality experience) preferred
