අප ආයතනය ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ ගෘහ සේවිකා සේවාවන් සපයන ප්‍රසිද්ධ ආයතනයකි. දැනට ගෘහ සේවිකාවන් 5000 කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් අප සමග සම්බන්ධ වී රැකියා ගත වී ඇත.

👉 ආයතනයට පැමිණෙන ගෘහ සේවිකා රැකියා අපේක්ෂිත කාන්තාවන් සමඟ මෙන්ම අපගේ පාරිභෝගිකයින් සමඟ සුහදව කටයුතු කළ හැකි අයෙකු විය යුතුය. (ඔබ කතා කිරීමට දක්ෂ අයෙකු විය යුතු වගේම කාන්තාවන් සමග සුහදව කටයුතු කළ හැකි අයෙකු විය යුතුය. දුර පළාත් අඩු අධ්‍යාපනයක් සහිත ග්‍රාමීය කාන්තාවන් මෙන්ම ඔවුන් සම්බන්ධ කර ගන්නා උසස් පාරිභෝගික පන්තියක් ඇත.)

👉 Ms word සාමාන්‍ය පරිගණක දැනුමක් තිබීම ප්‍රමාණවත්ය. (සිංහල ටයිපින් සහ Photoshop පිළිබඳ දැනුම ඇත්නම් අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.)

👉 ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාව අනිවාර්ය නොවන අතර අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.

👉 වයස අවුරුදු 25 -35 අතර විය යුතු අතර අවම උසස් පෙළ සමත් වීම හෝ උසස් අධ්‍යාපනය අනිවාර්ය වේ.

👉 ආයතනයට අදාළ දේවල් නිරන්තරයෙන් ඉගෙන ගැනීමට පුහුණු වීමට කැමති අයෙකු විය යුතුය.

👉 අප ආයතනය සිංහල අළුත් අවුරුද්දට දින 5 ක් පමණ වසන අතර අනිත් සෑම දිනකම විවෘතව ඇත. මසකට දිනක් හෝ දෙකක් අවශ්‍යතාවයක් ඇති වුවහොත් ඉරිදා සේවය කළ හැකි අයෙකු විය යුතුය. (පන්ති යන අය හෝ අමතර රැකියාවක් කරන ගමන් මෙම රැකියාව කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන අය කතා කරන්න එපා)

👉 අනෙකුත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩල සේවිකාවන් සමග සුහදව කටයුතු කළ හැකි අයෙකු විය යුතුය.

👉 සාමාන්‍ය සේවා කාලය උදේ 9.00 - සවස 5.30 වේ.

👉 පානදුර නගරයට අවට හෝ දුර පළාත් කාන්තාවන්ට අයදුම් කල හැකිය. (නතර වී සේවය කරනවා නම් 100% ආරක්ෂිතව වැටුපට අමතරව නවාතැන් කෑම බීම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම නොමිලේ හිමි වේ)

👉 ඔබට පලමු මස තුළ ආයතනය හොදද නරකද යන්න නිරීක්ෂණය කර ඉවත් විය හැකිය. නමුත් ඉන්පසු ඔබ දිගටම රැඳී සිටිනවා නම් අවම අවුරුදු දෙකක් සේවය කිරීමට හැකි අයෙකු විය යුතුය. (විදේශ ගත වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන, කෙටි කාලයකින් විවාහ වී ඉවත් වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන හෝ එවැනි වෙන ප්‍රශ්න තියෙන අය කතා කරන්න එපා.)

👉 ඔබ ඉක්මනින් ඉගෙන ගන්නා සහ කළමනාකරණ හැකියා සහිත නම් පුහුණු වී කෙටි කාලයක් තුළ මසකට ලක්ෂයකට වැඩි වැටුපක් ලබා ගැනීමට හැකි වේ.

Our institution is a well-known agency in Sri Lanka that provides domestic worker services. At present, more than 5,000 domestic workers have been connected with us and successfully employed.

👉 The applicant must be able to communicate warmly and professionally with both the women seeking domestic work through our agency and our customers. (You should be good at communication and able to interact kindly with women from different backgrounds, including rural women with limited education as well as high-profile clients.)

👉 Basic computer knowledge including MS Word is sufficient. (Knowledge of Sinhala typing and Photoshop will be considered an additional qualification.)

👉 English language skills are not compulsory but will be considered an added qualification.

👉 Applicants should be between 25–35 years of age and must have passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or possess higher educational qualifications.

👉 The applicant should be willing to continuously learn and undergo training related to the institution’s work.

👉 Our institution closes only for about 5 days during the Sinhala and Tamil New Year season and remains open on all other days. The applicant should be willing to work on Sundays if required once or twice a month. (Those attending classes or planning to do this job while engaging in another job are kindly requested not to apply.)

👉 The applicant should be able to work harmoniously with other female staff members.

👉 Normal working hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

👉 Women living near Panadura town as well as applicants from distant areas may apply. (For those staying and working at the institution, 100% safe accommodation, meals, and beverages will be provided completely free in addition to the salary.)

👉 During the first month, you may observe whether the institution is suitable for you and leave if you wish. However, if you decide to continue after that, you should be able to commit to working for a minimum of two years. 👉 If you are a fast learner with good management abilities, you can be trained and earn a salary exceeding Rs. 100,000 per month within a short period.
