We are looking for a smart and energetic female candidate to join our team.

》Job Responsibilities :

☞ Handling supplier invoices

☞ Documentation on related records

☞ Assisting in administrative duties

☞ Data entry work

☞ Email handling and customer communication

☞ Preparing emails to customers

》Candidate Profile :

☞ Successfully completed GCE A/L

☞ Good knowledge of MS Office Package

☞ Knowledge of Internet and Email handling

☞ Knowledge of written and spoken English

☞ Age between 20 – 30 years

☞ Preferred Unmarried

☞ Knowledge of CorelDraw or Photoshop will be an added advantage

》Working Days

* Monday to Friday

* Saturday Half Day

》Location Requirement

Applicants should live close to Katunayake or Seeduwa and must be able to travel within 1½ hours.
