ใ~ใโช Send client invoices and related documents on time and get proper acknowledgements
ใ~ใโช Collect assigned payments and artwork on time, following the instructions given by Key Account Manager
ใ~ใโช Collect signed contracts, check details, and keep them safely with proper records
ใ~ใโช Support the sales team by completing assigned tasks and tracking progress

Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
ใ~ใโช Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in sales or customer care
ใ~ใโช Experience in handling payments and contract documents is an added advantage
ใ~ใโช Well organized person with good communication skills
ใ~ใโช Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
ใ~ใโช Must have a valid driving license and a motorbike
ใ~ใโช Willing to travel when required
