Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily office and administrative operations

Maintain files, records, and recruitment documentation

Support recruitment processes and coordinate office activities

Communicate effectively with candidates and clients

Handle basic IT and data entry tasks

Requirements

Basic IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

2 years of work experience (preferred)

Age between 20 – 45 years

Good communication and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
