Job Description:
1. Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
2. Maintain files, records, and documents.
3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
4. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and reports.
5. Perform data entry using MS Word and MS Excel.
6. Support the management with general office duties.
Requirements:
1.A/L Qualified.
2.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
3.Good communication and organizational skills.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Male/Female (Female candidates preferred).
