A leading facilities services company is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator / Help Desk Assistant to support daily office operations.
✨ The Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• 🗂 General office administration
• 🖥 Help desk support
• 📑 Report writing and documentation
• 🗃 Filing and records management
👤 About You:
• ✅ Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• ✅ Minimum qualification: A/L
• ✅ Fluent in English – strong written and verbal communication skills
• ✅ Ability to work according to the Australian work calendar (early start & early finish)
• ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ✅ Strong administrative and organisational skills
• ✅ Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and work with diverse teams
