📋 Job Responsibilities

* 🧾 Prepare invoices and office documents.

* 📞 Answer customer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.

* 🤝 Provide sales support and communicate professionally with customers.

* 📦 Handle supplier orders, deliveries and follow-ups.

* 📊 Coordinate supplier follow-ups, stock updates and product availability.

* 🏦 Handle banking and general office administration.

* 📁 Maintain office files, records and important documents.

* 🛠️ Assist with customer complaints, replacements and warranty matters.

* 🏷️ Update showroom prices and price lists when required.

* 🚚 Coordinate customer delivery schedules.

* ✅ Check incoming supplier goods and related documents.

* 🔄 Follow up unfinished work without waiting to be reminded every time.

* 💬 Communicate with customers, suppliers, showroom staff and management.

* 📚 Learn new duties and assist with general office and business operations as required.

* 👩 Female applicant.

* 🎯 Preferred age: 24–40 years.

* 🎓 G.C.E. A/L preferred.

* 💻 Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.

* ⚡ Smart, active and quick to understand instructions.

* 📞 Confident when speaking with customers and answering phone calls.

* 💬 Able to communicate clearly and professionally.

* 🧠 Able to work independently and think ahead.

* 🔧 Able to solve day-to-day problems responsibly.

* 🔍 Good at following up work until it is completed.

* 🤝 Honest, responsible and disciplined.

* 💪 Able to work under pressure during busy periods.
