We are a fast-growing marine and heavy engineering company looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible individual to manage our company documentation and administrative systems.
🔧 Job Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all company documentation including quotations, invoices, and work completion reports, while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery. This role is critical to maintaining smooth business operations and supporting engineering projects.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Quotations, Invoices, and Work Done Reports
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Handle Excel-based costing sheets, data tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients
Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital & physical)
Ensure all documents meet professional and company standards
Support daily administrative and operational activities
🎯 Requirements
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level required)
Excellent skills in MS Word and document formatting
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to prepare professional business documents independently
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marine / mechanical / engineering field
Knowledge in quotation costing and invoice preparation
Familiarity with workshop or industrial environment
