Dr Skin Lab is looking for qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining the highest clinical standards, and supporting doctors during a wide range of medical and aesthetic procedures. Previous experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics will be considered an added advantage but is not essential.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide professional nursing care to patients before, during, and after treatments

✔ Assist doctors with medical, dermatological, and aesthetic procedures

✔ Perform blood drawing (venepuncture), injections, and cannulation when required

✔ Monitor patients and ensure their comfort and safety throughout treatments

✔ Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records

✔ Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards

✔ Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, patient confidentiality, and safety procedures

✔ Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care

✅ Requirements:

✔ Registered Nurse with a recognized Nursing qualification

✔ Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC)

✔ Competency in blood drawing (venepuncture) and basic clinical nursing procedures

✔ Previous nursing experience in a hospital, private healthcare, or clinical setting

✔ Experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic is an added advantage

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills

✔ Professional appearance with a caring and positive attitude

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

💰 Salary:

LKR 65,000 – 130,000 (Based on qualifications, experience, skills, and performance)
