Music Teacher

We are looking for a kind, patient, and creative English-cum-Music teacher to engage with our 10-year-old child with special learning needs at home after school.

The main responsibilities will include reading age-appropriate storybooks, encouraging story-related conversations to stimulate speaking, improving vocabulary, and helping the child express ideas more confidently. The teacher will also provide simple and enjoyable music lessons to develop interest and basic musical skills.

Suitable storybooks and learning materials can be provided by the parents. However, the teacher is encouraged to use her own creativity, skills, and suitable activities to improvise and make the sessions more engaging and enjoyable.

Schedule: Home visits after school for approximately 3 hours per session.

Location : Close to Polgasowita town ( PC 10320)

The ideal teacher should have good spoken English, basic music-teaching skills, patience, creativity, and experience working with children. Previous experience with children with special needs would be an added advantage.
