💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Mould Technician

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Polymer, or related field preferred (NVQ Level 03 or 04)

Minimum 3 years' work experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings and process documents

Ability to work well under pressure

Teamworking skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Age below 45 years old

Knowledge of medical/cleanroom manufacturing preferred

Preference will be given to those who reside near Bandaragama area

Skilled technician with injection moulding experience

Strong problem-solver with attention to detail

Able to work in a cleanroom/medical manufacturing environment

Team player who works well under pressure

Resides near Bandaragama area (preferred)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance in manufacturing and utility machines

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and moulds

Perform mould changeovers, process adjustments, and machine start-ups

Monitor product quality and process parameters

Carry out preventive mould maintenance and minor repairs

Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016, GMP, and cleanroom requirements

Maintain production records, traceability, and documentation

Support validation activities and continuous process improvement

Minimize downtime, defects, and material wastage
