Job Description
Our client is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with a strong engineering or technical background and experience in the sales field. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing assigned mechanical work, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring duties are carried out in line with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise assigned mechanical engineering work and related activities
Achieve agreed monthly targets and work objectives
Coordinate between site work and management as required
Ensure work responsibilities are performed according to company standards
Maintain discipline, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties
Working Days & Hours
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Qualifications & Experience
Engineering or technical background (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field
Knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering–related work
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet targets
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: LKR 50,000 – 70,000
Allowances based on attendance and monthly performance
Contract
Two-year contract, renewable based on performance
Performance is expected to align with salary and monthly responsibilities
