For a Leading Steel Pipe (Tube Mill) Manufacturing Company

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Experience in Industrial Machinery Maintenance

【~】✪ Knowledge of Pumps, Gearboxes & Maintenance

【~】✪ Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

【~】✪ Experience in EOT Crane Maintenance

【~】✪ Knowledge of Bearings

【~】✪ Ability to carry out Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

【~】✪ Experience working with KPI (Advantage)

【~】✪ Team Leading & Hard Working Capability

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering / Relevant Field

【~】✪ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in steel/metal manufacturing

【~】✪ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

【~】✪ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

【~】✪ Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding industrial environment

【~】✪ Willing to work in shifts if required

【~】✪ Good communication and teamwork skills

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on Tube Mill machinery

【~】✪ Inspect, repair, and maintain pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

【~】✪ Conduct regular maintenance of EOT Cranes

【~】✪ Replace and maintain bearings and mechanical components

【~】✪ Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs

【~】✪ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards

【~】✪ Lead and coordinate with team members during maintenance tasks

【~】✪ Maintain maintenance records and report on KPIs
