💼 THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution:
Team Leadership: Assist in supervising sales targets and field marketing activities.
Market Expansion: Identify new retail and wholesale opportunities across the region.
Relationship Management: Nurture high-level client partnerships and ensure brand loyalty.
Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing.
Age: Between 22 – 45 years.
Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
License: Must possess a valid driving license
💰 PREMIUM REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive package for this management-tier position:
Salary: Rs. 90,000 – 95,000 * Fuel: Monthly Petrol Allowance.
Meals: Daily Lunch Allowance.
