🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | වගකීම්
🎯 Identify and develop new business opportunities.
(නව ව්යාපාරික අවස්ථා හඳුනාගැනීම සහ වර්ධනය කිරීම.)
🤝 Manage client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
(පාරිභෝගික සබඳතා පවත්වා ගැනීම සහ අලෙවි ඉලක්ක සපුරාලීම.)
💡 Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
(ඵලදායී අලෙවිකරණ සහ ප්රවර්ධන උපායමාර්ග ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම.)
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED | සුදුසුකම්
👤 Age: Between 21 – 45 years. (වයස අවුරුදු 21 – 45 අතර)
📚 Education: Suitable educational background in Sales/Marketing or a related field. (සුදුසු අධ්යාපනික පසුබිම)
🏍️ License: Valid motorbike riding license is compulsory. (වලංගු යතුරුපැදි රියදුරු බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ)
🗣️ Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. (විශිෂ්ට සන්නිවේදන සහ සාකච්ඡා කිරීමේ හැකියාව)
💰 BENEFITS & REMUNERATION | වැටුප් සහ ප්රතිලාභ
💵 Starting Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 65,000 (ආරම්භක මාසික වැටුප)
🎯 Incentives: High sales incentives and performance commissions. (ආකර්ෂණීය අලෙවි දීමනා)
🏆 Bonus: Annual performance bonus. (වාර්ෂික බෝනස්)
