Job Overview:
Or client is seeking a result-oriented Marketing Executive or Trainee to support and grow our sales operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys customer interaction, business development, and achieving targets. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and Accountant, with professional guidance from senior management based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company products and services to prospective customers
• Identify and develop new customer relationships
• Support sales initiatives and marketing activities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Part qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and/or English
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Incentives:
• Basic Salary: LKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: Mutually agreed and performance-based
