🚨 Marketing, Business Expansion & Brand Development Executive

📍 Office Location: Manipay, Jaffna

🕒 Working Hours: 48 Hours per Week

💼 Position Type: Full-Time

🎯 Key Responsibilities:-

✅ Plan, develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns

✅ Manage social media platforms and digital presence

✅ Create engaging content, graphics, reels, promotional materials and campaigns

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis

✅ Identify and develop partnerships locally and internationally

✅ Plan and coordinate physical promotional activities and events

✅ Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

✅ Support business expansion and brand development initiatives

🎯 Requirements:-

✔ Experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development or a related field

✔ Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools

✔ Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools)

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

✔ Creative, proactive, organized and result-oriented

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets

✔ Experience in healthcare, education or service-based organizations will be an added advantage
