We are expanding our Bancassurance division islandwide and looking for driven, people-oriented professionals ready to grow with Sri Lanka's fastest growing Life Insurer.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

• Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record

• A professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong relationship management, financial advisory skills and sales acumen

• 5+ years of experience in Bancassurance, financial services, wealth management, or private banking

• Great interpersonal skills; ability to engage and build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
