JOB PROFILE
Strong ability to interact & influence multiple sales channels and outperform sales targets for the business through new client acquisitions.
Understand the business needs and work with internal specialists to develop tailored business proposals.
Planning of marketing strategies and goals and analyzing the marketing reports with the profitability.
Maintain the high standard relationship between the clients and conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reporting results to the top management.
CANDIATE PROFILE
Professional qualification in the marketing field (Part or full qualification in CIM/SLIM)
Computer literate and should be fluent in English and Sinhala with excellent communication skills, knowledge in Tamil will be added advantage.
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in the marketing field.
Good team player who can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Age below 40 years
