Manager / Assistant - Solar Sales

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager – Solar Sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth in rooftop solar solutions within their assigned regions. This is a field-based role requiring strong client engagement, relationship management, and target achievement in a rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: LKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & role level)

Travel Allowance: LKR 50,000 (standard)

Additional Vehicle Allowance: LKR 10,000 – 40,000

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business leads within assigned territory

Promote and sell rooftop solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients

Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements for solar installations

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Profile

Male/Female candidate’s welcome

Age: 20 – 55 years

Must possess a valid vehicle (compulsory for field travel)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Professional and pleasant personality suitable for client-facing roles

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

1–4 years of experience in solar sales or related sales/marketing field

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Minimum GCE O/L or A/L

Certification in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
