ใ~ใ Full-time trade apprentice training in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 03 or 04)
ใ~ใ Minimum 3 yearsโ work experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
ใ~ใ Ability to work shift duty
ใ~ใ Good verbal and written communication skills
ใ~ใ Relevant technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
ใ~ใ Ability to work well under pressure and teamworking skills
ใ~ใ Age below 35 years
ใ~ใ Preference given to candidates residing near Bandaragama area

ใ~ใ Inspect equipment and conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing and utility machines
ใ~ใ Install and commission new machines
ใ~ใ Adhere to all safety and performance regulations
ใ~ใ Follow up and undertake scheduled maintenance
ใ~ใ Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment
ใ~ใ Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation for engineering staff
ใ~ใ Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly
ใ~ใ Work with specialist equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) on factory assembly lines
