Maintenance Supervisor (Male)

Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance supervision or related field
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance work
- Ability to supervise maintenance activities and coordinate repairs efficiently
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Willing to travel to showroom locations when required
- Age below 40 years preferred
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day maintenance operations of showrooms and office premises
- Coordinate with technicians and external service providers
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained properly
- Attend and resolve urgent maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
