ใ~ใ Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
ใ~ใ Ability to manage technicians and coordinate with vendors
ใ~ใ Good problem-solving and organizational skills

ใ~ใ Coordinate with external service providers and contractors when required
ใ~ใ Maintain records of maintenance work and report updates to management
ใ~ใ Ensure safety standards and proper functioning of facilities and equipment
