Maintenance Officer

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building facilities.

• Attend to breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime of operations.

• Maintain maintenance schedules and service records.

• Oversee electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.

• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power, water, air-conditioning, and safety systems.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and premises.

• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors.

• Monitor maintenance work done by vendors.

• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.

• Prepare periodic maintenance and breakdown reports.

• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in maintenance processes

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Time management and ability to handle emergency repairs.

• Ability to travel for all properties which are under company
