Siva Home Care and Medicals (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team. If you have practical maintenance skills and enjoy keeping facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
- Maintain doors, windows, lighting, locks, furniture, and fixtures.
- Assist with preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain gardens and surrounding premises.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure tools and work areas are clean and safe.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in building or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 75,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)
