We are looking for a dynamic and motivated female Logistics Team Leader to join our growing team! If you have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, and E-commerce Operations enjoy leading a team to achieve daily targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Oversee receiving, packing, dispatching, and stock handling

- Oversee distribution schedules, TOG processes, and operational timelines

- Identify issues, support problem-solving, and maintain SOP standards

- Training staff

Requirements

- 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field

- Previous exposure to team leadership or supervisory tasks

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of logistics workflows and inventory systems

- Attention to detail and a committed, responsible attitude
