Livestock Supervisor
Azhiyawala (Jaffna District)
Main Responsibilities
1.Maintain rabbits, pigs, ducks, chickens and other animals on the farm.
2. Check animals for diseases and help prevent infections.
3. Maintain equipment and supplies required for the livestock department.
4. Manage relationships with veterinarians. 5. Help implement new technologies and best farm practices.
6. Involved in feed management and waste management.
Qualifications
1. Direct experience in livestock care.
2. Basic knowledge of common livestock diseases, prevention methods and treatments.
3. Ability to work independently and work as part of a team.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, veterinarians and superiors.
Benefits and Perks:
Salary: 45,000/= to 55,000/= per month
After 3 months of experience, a salary increase of 10000.00 rupees will be paid according to the quality of work.
