We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our children’s garment production line. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, good leadership skills, and the ability to meet production targets on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage sewing operators, helpers, and finishing staff.
Plan daily production targets and ensure work is completed on time.
Check quality at each stage and maintain children’s garment safety standards.
Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.
Solve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Maintain production reports and communicate with management daily.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Train new staff and guide them to improve performance.

Requirements
Working experience in garment factory supervision.
Knowledge of children’s garment production is an added advantage.
Ability to lead a team and handle pressure.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
