ใ~ใโช LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university (local or foreign).
ใ~ใโช Attorney-at-Law qualification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, contracts, or legal advisory roles under a senior commercial lawyer or from a law firm in Sri Lanka.
ใ~ใโช A Masterโs Degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field will be an added advantage.
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
ใ~ใโช Manage and optimize the companyโs operations across all business segments to ensure smooth and compliant processes that support growth.
ใ~ใโช Provide legal advisory services and handle corporate/commercial law matters, including contract management.
ใ~ใโช Represent the companyโs legal interests and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
