【~】✪ LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university (local or foreign).

【~】✪ Attorney-at-Law qualification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, contracts, or legal advisory roles under a senior commercial lawyer or from a law firm in Sri Lanka.

【~】✪ A Master’s Degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field will be an added advantage.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Manage and optimize the company’s operations across all business segments to ensure smooth and compliant processes that support growth.

【~】✪ Provide legal advisory services and handle corporate/commercial law matters, including contract management.

【~】✪ Represent the company’s legal interests and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
