โช Laundry Supervisor: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the laundry industry.
โช Comprehensive knowledge of dry cleaning, washing, stain removal, pressing, packing, and laundry operations.
โช Strong understanding of laundry chemicals and their proper usage.
โช Ability to identify different types of linen and categorize them accordingly.
โช Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
โช Responsible individual with excellent work ethics and the ability to manage daily workloads efficiently.

โช Laundry Supervisor:
โช Conduct quality checks on all pressed uniforms and linen before delivery.
โช Sort and group linen according to their category and treatment requirements.
โช Train and guide new employees on company procedures and quality standards.
โช Manage and oversee day-to-day laundry plant operations.
โช Ensure operational continuity by filling in staff positions when required and covering operational gaps.
โช Inspect linen for damages and notify customers before processing when necessary.
โช Inspect linen after washing and carry out appropriate stain removal procedures when required.
โช Ensure all company safety and risk management policies and procedures are strictly followed.
โช Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Salary: Rs. 80,000 โ 100,000/= (Depending on experience and expertise)
Hours: 8:00 AM โ 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Type: On-site supervisory role at a commercial laundry plant. The selected candidate must remain present at the factory until the daily workload is completed to ensure smooth operations.
