We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Laundry Manager with strong leadership skills and proven industry connections. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the laundry industry and strong contacts within the corporate and hotel sectors, with the ability to generate new business while managing daily operations efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in the commercial laundry industry
- Proven experience in dry cleaning, washing, stain removal, pressing, packing, and linen handling
- Strong network and contacts in the laundry, corporate, and hotel sectors
- Ability to bring a minimum of Rs. 2 million worth of new corporate orders as part of the job role
- In-depth knowledge of laundry chemicals, machinery, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
General Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end daily laundry operations
- Ensure strict quality control of all washed, pressed, and packed linen and uniforms
- Group and classify linen according to fabric type and category
- Inspect linen before and after washing for damages or stains and ensure proper stain removal
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity
- Cover operational gaps when staff are absent to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and risk management policies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and hotel clients
- Actively bring in new corporate and hotel customers with a minimum target of Rs. 2 million in new business
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Salary, Commission & Benefits
- Salary package can be achieved up to Rs. 200,000 per month based on experience and performance
- 2% commission will be paid on all corporate orders brought to the company by the Laundry Manager
- Performance-based incentives may apply
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must remain at the factory until the daily workload and operational requirements are completed
