Location: 5 miles from Migahakiula, and next to Morahela Maha Vidyalaya. Close to Mini World’s End. At the corner of two carpeted roads (one short road about 50 meters from the main road and leading to Morahela Maha Vidyalaya, and the other road leading to the river and the paddy fields).
Neighborhood Landmarks: Public water spout; Tank to collect water from a natural fountain (spring); Morahela Maha Vidyalaya; Water pond that distributes water to nearby paddy fields; Water creek from the pond. No houses in the vicinity.
Land Description: Surrounded by a wire fence with a metal double-gate; has two flattened land areas, one with a mostly completed building (spent about 30 lakhs) and the other at the peak point of the land with a pleasant view of mountains; Two entrance points to the land from the two roads; interior roads from the two entrances, to cover the entire land and to reach the two flattened areas (roads were meant to be concreted); the lower part of the land is naturally flat; has some plantations (but mostly bushes and trees); has concrete retaining walls and a paved/cemented pathway for walking, on the sides of the two roads.
