We are looking for a skilled and energetic Full-Time Cook to join our Hopper Station at Grand Chancellor Kitchens. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare a variety of Sri Lankan hot kitchen items with consistency and speed.
*Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Expert in Hoppers, Egg Hoppers, Treacle Hoppers, Milk Hoppers
Ability to prepare Roti, Parata, Kottu, and related hot kitchen dishes
Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
Be an all-rounder who can support other hot kitchen operations when required
Ensure smooth, efficient workflow during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
*Requirements:
Previous experience in a Sri Lankan hot kitchen or hopper station
Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
Good teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and commitment to quality
