Kitchen Steward
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
✔️ Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently
✔️ Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness standards
✔️ Keep dishwashing and storage areas clean and organized
✔️ Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks when required
✔️ Ensure availability of clean utensils and equipment during service
✔️ Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
✔️ Support smooth daily kitchen operations, especially during busy hours
📋 Requirements
✔️ Prior experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role is an advantage
✔️ Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
✔️ Ability to work long hours, shifts, and under pressure
✔️ Physically fit and hardworking
✔️ Positive attitude and team player
✔️ Willingness to learn and follow instructions
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
⭐ Additional Advantage
🧼 Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering environments
📦 Basic knowledge of kitchen storage and cleaning chemicals
