Job Title: Kitchen Helper
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
* Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
* Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
* Receive and store food supplies properly.
* Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
* Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
* Honest, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
