Kitchen Helper – Xi Yue Restaurant

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Must have basic cutting and food preparation skills

【~】✪ Ability to kill and clean fish, crab, and other seafood

【~】✪ Willingness to assist Chinese chefs with ingredient preparation

【~】✪ Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage

【~】✪ Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

【~】✪ Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced team

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Reliable, hardworking, and punctual individual

【~】✪ Team player with a positive attitude

【~】✪ Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices

【~】✪ Willing to learn and adapt to Chinese cooking methods

【~】✪ Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred but not mandatory

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Killing, cleaning, and preparing fish, crab, and other seafood

【~】✪ Assisting Chinese chefs in fetching and organizing ingredients

【~】✪ Performing basic cutting, chopping, and portioning tasks

【~】✪ Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation

【~】✪ Supporting overall kitchen operations as directed by the chef

💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Full-time position at Xi Yue Restaurant

【~】✪ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM (with a 2-hour break in the afternoon)

【~】✪ 4 days off per month

【~】✪ Salary Range: LKR 65,000 – 120,000 (based on experience and performance)
