Join our friendly team at a boutique resort featuring six luxury villas catering primarily to international guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle villa reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out arrangements.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain reservation records and update booking systems.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative and front office duties as required.
Requirements
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, and online reservation systems).
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Female applicants only, preferably 25 to 30 years of age.
• Applicants should reside in or around the Galle area.
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Attractive performance-based commissions (05% on Sales)
