About the Role:
AG Capital Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a diversified group with interests in technology and hospitality. We are looking for an energetic Junior Marketing Executive to handle marketing and business development across our software products and upcoming international restaurants in Galle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Visit prospective clients, demonstrate software products, build customer pipelines, and convert leads into sales.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Content Creation: Design engaging posts, reels, videos, and graphics in English and Sinhala.
• Restaurant Marketing: Coordinate launch campaigns, food photography, promotions, and blogger/influencer collaborations.
• Online Listings: Manage Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, Google Maps, and customer review responses.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor leads, run ad campaigns, and report progress to management.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years practical experience in marketing, sales, IT/software, or hospitality.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, Canva, and basic ad management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle/motorcycle preferred.
• Proactive, client-oriented, and confident presenter.
Work Details & Remuneration:
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Work Mode: Hybrid / Field Visits (Colombo / Galle)
• Remuneration: Basic salary LKR 70,000 + Performance-based Commission + Travel Allowance + EPF/ETF.
