Junior Maintenance Officer
Job Profile
• Handle day-to-day maintenance at the corporate office, coordinating with and supervising sub-contractors when necessary.
• Take care of minor maintenance tasks including painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and ventilation (HVAC) systems.
• Execute designated duties efficiently according to the maintenance and work schedules prepared by the Administration Manager.
Job Requirements
• NCT (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in factory or facility maintenance.
• Ability to take ownership and carry out minor maintenance tasks independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and technical manuals.
