ใ~ใ Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
ใ~ใ Experience in POS system support is required
ใ~ใ Knowledge or experience in Odoo ERP (added advantage)
ใ~ใ 1โ2 years of experience in a similar IT support role (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
ใ~ใ Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems
ใ~ใ Good communication and problem-solving skills
ใ~ใ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ใ~ใ Provide support and maintenance for ODOO POS systems used in showrooms
ใ~ใ Assist in maintaining IT systems, backups, and security protocols
ใ~ใ Support system upgrades, updates, and other IT-related tasks
ใ~ใ Maintain proper records of IT equipment and assets
