Role Overview
The Junior Accounts Executive – Central Stores will support day-to-day accounting and inventory-related activities at central stores. This role is suited for a motivated individual seeking hands-on exposure to QuickBooks Online Advanced, procurement processes, and basic inventory management while working closely with finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
o Maintain supplier and item records in QuickBooks Online Advanced
o Generate Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requests
o Record supplier bills and invoices accurately in QuickBooks
o Assist with invoice generation when required
o Handle petty cash records and basic reconciliations
o Support month-end stock counts and stock-related documentation
o Coordinate with finance, stores, and operations teams for follow-ups
Requirements
o Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
o 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance-related role
o Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks (QBO experience is an advantage)
o Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
o Comfortable working in a central stores or warehouse environment
