ใ~ใโช Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science.
ใ~ใโช Proven experience in IT support or a similar role for 3 years.
ใ~ใโช A qualification in Microsoft certification will be an added advantage.
ใ~ใโช Should be willing to work according to the US calendar and working hours would be 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

ใ~ใโช Take ownership of user-reported issues and drive them through to resolution.
ใ~ใโช Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify effective solutions for IT-related problems.
ใ~ใโช Escalate unresolved issues appropriately, following internal protocols.
ใ~ใโช Deliver prompt and accurate feedback and technical assistance to users.
ใ~ใโช Provide technical support for networks, servers, desktops, VoIP networks, and MS365 Cloud Office Applications.
ใ~ใโช Perform system administration tasks, including purchasing, installing, and configuring desktops, software, and software upgrades.
ใ~ใโช Implement standards and best practices for application support and infrastructure management.
