IT Executive

We are a well-established and growing organization in Sri Lanka, seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and systems)

Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)

Administer Microsoft 365 / Active Directory / Email systems

Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices are followed

Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity

Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and support

Maintain documentation of IT processes and configurations

Requirements:

Diploma in IT, or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

Hands-on experience with:

Windows Server environments

Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN)

Microsoft 365 / Azure AD

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English and Sinhala

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

Knowledge of backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)

Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)

Age Limit:

Below 30 years (preferred)
